WE need to enhance the project.
Please see list of enhancements:
1. There is a patient registration form, where while registering new patient we also see if it already exists so we search by all fields, as of now we have search by lastname. as of now search trigger is onchange, we need on search results after 3 chars as well,
for all fields, except:age,gender,pincode,state,landline std,[url removed, login to view] see the required fields in registration view.
2. Search results needs better look and feel ui. As of now it is below the form itself, needed the same way, just need to make look better, tabular form,etc.
3. Autocomplete feature: suggestions provided on any fieds should be fetched from database.
Autocomplete not required for age, gender, pincode, state,landline std, relationship
1. register new user.
inputs: username, password, retype password, role (admin, registration, diagnostic)
2. there are three ui views required. a. admin view. b. registration view c. diagnostic view.
a. admin view: User can create users and run reports.
b. registration view: user can only register new patient or fetch the case number of old patient. Also as attached in excel tab: registration view
c. diagnostic view: user can register new patient, fetch the case number, set/reset the diagnostic. Also as attached in excel tab: diagnostic view
5. Report creation:
New report form, save report, delete report, run report
report form : all the fields as per attached excel sheet
1. When we save the form, after that when we referesh using browser referesh button, we should not post again, we should get the new form view again.
