Install Wordpress theme and add custom code

Hi! I'm looking for a pro developer who can help me with one project that I have in mind.
So I'm thinking to purchase this theme:

After this theme gets installed on my site, I will need some custom code.
So here is how it should work:
1. When the user #1 visits the site, the #1 user must answer 10 questions (one question per page with 2 answers option ), after those questions User #1need to be redirected to registration page with email etc. and then redirected to payment page (so paypal gateway have to be installed).
After the payment, (based on the answers from the previous questions) the system should open a new group with the user #1 profile page (just like on that theme). So, if User #98 will answer same questions in order as user #1, they should join the group and see each others profile, pictures, vids, post and so on. So basically the users will have ability to to talk to each other only if their answer all the questions in the same order. Random person should have no option to see random profiles of users.
