I need a web based insurance application which the only interaction with the users through web page .
Workflow as below :
1- The user open the insurance web page .and register or login.
2- The user will choose either new application or renew an existing application.
3- The user will fill all information needed incase of new application and have the ability to attach all documents with the ability to scan to attach function.
4- The application will validate all field are fulfilled and each requested documents has been fulfilled.
5- the user will submit the application .
6- the application will be received by the admin .
7 the admin which have different screen with approve and reject ability.
8 -the admin will validate the application and then send it the manager with approve or reject ability with also the ability to attach electronic signature.
9- then the application will go back to the admin to click on finish button.
10- a massage will be sent to the user that he need to pay.
11- the user will login to the website and pay the fees.
12- after payment the a massage will be sent to the user that payment received .
13- after the application is ready the application will send to the user a massage to collect the insurance ID.
