Integrate ZOHO people attendance with essl biometric system

Can anyone write a small plugin app to integrate essl biometric device to ZOHO people attendance system?

few detils here -

For the biometric device integration, you'll have to develop a plugin in any programming language.

What is required from the plugin is to :-

Locate and read the attendance entries of your employees from the Attendance source(file/ database)

Parse and pass it to the parameters that are expected in the API

Ideally, when the employee checks in for the day, your attendance machine/ system would have captured a unique ID associated with the employee(like Employee ID/ Email ID/ Mapper ID- any code that is unique) along with the Check-In time & date & stored it in a database/ file. The plugin must instantly read this from your Attendance source and push the available parameters to the Attendance API.

Parameters used in the API & its purpose -

authtoken - Code to authenticate the user who invokes the API

dateFormat - Format of the date in which the entries are pushed. This is required for handshake mechanism.

checkin time - Check-in time - This can be omitted when the API is called during a check-out operation

checkout time - Check-out time - This can be omitted when the API is called during a check-in operation

employeeId | empId | mapId - Unique ID that is required(any one from this list) to map the attendance entries with the employee's record
