integrate Zoom meetings into website

Job Description:
I would like to integrate Zoom into my website, to allow users to schedule a time, create a new Zoom meeting and access the recording afterward.
The functionality is to be embedded in a user login / dashboard, which is currently setup at this website:

Specifically, the scope of the project and required functionality is as follows:
1. Enable user to create a new zoom meeting from the dashboard link above. User to select time & date + enter email addresses of participants for meeting
2. new Zoom meeting created - to be emailed as a calendar invite to all participants with dial in details (emails provided by user above)
3. Meeting details to be displayed in user dashboard, with button allowing user to zoom meeting from browser
3. After the zoom meeting completed, - user ability to access the meeting recording at the user dashboard (meeting recordings stored by zoom on cloud)
