Interate B2 backblaze storage and payment system (2Checkout) for an existing Laravel code

I am looking for a serious freelancer who has very strong background in AWS S3 as well as other storage services, payment systems,…to help us fix and modify an existing code (in Laravel 5).

We need the following things to be done:

1. Integrate the B2 Backblaze storage: our code was already integrated with Amazon S3 and RackSpace. We need it to be integrated more with B2 Backblaze storage option for upload and download data directly from B2 Backblack ([url removed, login to view])

2. Integrate 2CHECKOUT payment option + pricing table (we already have the theme): our code was already integrated with STRIPE, we need to add more or replace STRIPE by 2CHECKOUT payment for user subscribing and recurring options. ([url removed, login to view])

3. Add a user bandwidth measurement, bandwidth limit and maximum file-sizes for each type of users
