Interspire Shopping Cart - Shipping Cost

I'm Currently Setting up a New Store using this Old Shop Software.
I do not want the Script to Combine Shipping Cost. (as one Package/Box)
Shipping Cost should be Based on Each Item, shipped Separately, then a Combined Total Given to the Customer.
All Items WILL be shipped Separately. (in it's Own Box).
The Issue: The Cart is Combining Shipping Cost for Multi Items on an Order.
As if to ship in One large Package.
As an Example of the Issue (based on one Location and getting Actual Shipping Cost from USPS):
If (1) Item is in the Cart - it shows Shipping Cost at $20.00 (for this Example Location , is Actual Calculated Cost per USPS for this Size Package or Weight )
If there is (2) Items in the cart, Shipping Cost is Showing as $30.00 (when it Should be $40.00)
The Script is Combining the two Items As if One Package/Box will be shipped (instead of two) - I would like it to Charge For each Package Separately.
Still getting Actual Shipping Cost from USPS for Each Item. Then Giving the Customer a Combined Total shipping Cost. during Check out.
