I am facing an issue while accessing emails through Cpanel. The same issue also arises when I check mailing lists settings. The issue is a 500 Internal server error. I checked with my developer and hosting provider but none of them are able to help properly. While the hosting provider says that it is due to redirection and configuration issues, the developer says he has tried everything and he doesn't know how to help in this regard. My hosting provider is Hostgator.

Hi, Let me check this and correct it for you.I am system administrator managing cpanel servers daily. Indeed you may have 500 due to too many reditections. Let me correct it. I will need SSH or FTP access (if SSH not available and cannot be turned on). Thank you for taking me into consideration.
