Javascript + Image Resizing + Large Product Upload

Hello, I have a woocommerce store on a wordpress site and need the following three tasks completed. 1.) Compress/reduce the file sizes on large pictures that take up more resources. Also, a previous developer implemented a technique that resized the images on my site manually or while they're loading. I'd prefer to have these images manually edited via a graphics editing software rather than resizing through PHP/CSS; the images need to be pre-formatted to their necessary size to avoid the sluggishness caused by resizing through PHP or CSS. Find instances of javascript that are not needed early on in the page loading process and instead call them at the end, or after the page has loaded where possible. I use WP Import to do this automatically but with the product being 20k rows/variations it times out and has caused my site to crash. See the attached file.
