JQuery Live Edit Issue with dynamic Data

Hi all,
i am having an issue with a dynamic data coming from database basically i want is to have a data displayed in a div but when i click on the data being displayed i want it to switch from being a normal text box to a input text field and being able to save that entry to the database. i want to make it so if i have multiple data being listed it does work
for example i have this
User name: A
Email : A:
User Level :5
if i click on User Name: A it will pop up in a text box and upon hitting enter it posts the data to a php file for updating record in database. so i want it to be very flexiable so if i have alot of information the post form knows what id i am referring to.
