Job Description:
Hello Developers,
We are looking for a Laravel + Livewire Developer who can build a Background Verification Portal. You must have experience of 4+ Years experience as Laravel Developer (Breeze only).
What is Background Verification: Companies will process a verification of the subject's past experience/ address/ documents to get further with the subject.
Requirement:
There will be 2 Dashboards with multi guard of (admin,client) all have access to login with different guard, reset password, lockscreen, and all are in different tables where admin has is_superadmin column for super admin.
Admin
Dashboard has all analysis of the below process (Status, open case, pending, completed)
Admin can create multiple admin and can assign checks for that admin, and admin will see details of assigned checks.
Can create checks for background verification (Ex: Address Check, Education Check, Employment Check...)
Can create a client company where he can add multiple HR login
Can assign checks to client along with check rate, TAT, and create package also for number of checks with single rate and TAT(Turn around time)
Can add multiple email smtp details and assigned email to multiple user (Also test smtp while add)
Client:
Client can initiate new Background Verification, where he will get a list of checks assigned to him or package checks:
Client can download excel format with custom select check where he can download all required columns that require for that check.
Once after adding details he can upload excel against the same check.
Also client can send a link (with token) to subject (client have to add name, email and select check for that token), and subject received that link and fill all selected check details:
Once token submitted he, can't modify submitted details, until client didn't allowed him for that specific check only.
Client will review all submitted details of subject and process, once process it will go to admin.
Client Can see all ongoing checks status.
Admin
admin can process checks to the vendor by sending email to anyone along with multiple selected check details, (popup to,cc, subject,body)
Once admin receives a report from vendor over mail he will add report details against check and upload images (if any) and mark status close.
Once marked closed he can generate a report by selecting checks which he wants to add in the report. (only closed check)
There will be a part in the admin panel where he can add report format against checks, while creating checks.
and when admin compose a report in a check he can modify compose report of selected check and click on generate report, once report generated, admin or client can download report in PDf format along with all required details and images as designed by admin against check.
Group of checks for a subject called Case.
Application will have notification, email notification, queue a task, queue report generated, perform multiple actions like add status, update payment status, add comment into checks.
