Hi, I put in a dummy bid because there is not enough information to estimate the work
I have experience using aws (using load balancing for with three different groups of servers), but the complications arise when you want the same scripts on different machines to coordinate and work together. While this could be an easy job, there are potential issues which could make this messy and even need rewriting code. I will be glad to discuss the general issues with you. I am located in the Houston, Texas area
Edit:
I admit that when I first did aws autoscaling, my team and I did many mistakes. But at least I know of some things to look out for in spotting complications ! Now, if you have a static site, then none of these will be issues. It will be easy to just slap it on and have the servers humming.
But here is a list of some complicating issues, which may or not apply
Do you store cookies ? If you use cookies, then how you store the cookie data server side may have to be examined. While its easy to make the load balancer have "sticky cookies", if the data is only being stored on one server and not the others, then this will cause complications for visits that happen later
Also, database calls. If you are using a database, will it be an rds ? Or will one of the machines host a database to talk to ?
Additionally, shared resources. Some scripts will need a lock to prevent other servers from using them
