Legal document processing site

Hi

I need a developer or developer team to create for me the following:

I want to automate a legal document order process like the ones shown in the attached documents. There are two company examples and the order process are shown when you go to their websites and create a sample document. I have the full documents but then you have to compete boxes to say name of company, date of document, what the business is doing, directors. etc, etc.....You will see on the examples given.

I want this to be created from an Admin Panel and any changes updates will be reflected onto the front end.

Initially I want 1 or 2 documents creating which must function exactly like the one shown then when I am happy with that then the rest of the documents on these can be created on the second project which will be separate and also have a different budget.

I would be happy to get any detailed discussion from any developer so they can get a real feel of how the outcome should be and how propose to achieve the outcome I require

Initially I want a full set of documents ( 2 to start) to be created and also if possible to be changed in the admin panel when the Acts of the country change.

The admin panel will include the list of documents that have been created so far.

Also, I then want a small customer admin panel to show their contact details, orders and a list of documents that they have purchased.

I will use either Stripe and Paypal for payment integration

Project price is negotiable depending on the work done. I just want to get a working model then add from there. This will be ongoing work for the right provider with monthly retention.
