Make php script for me with MySQL script for auto deleting records

I need a php script that I can run as a cronjob and that will delete these records from a table:
DELETE FROM personal_copies WHERE status = 'failed' or 'pending'
So it should delete all records that have value 'failed' OR 'pending' in that table.
The db access is defined by /includes/[url removed, login to view]
I need someone to write this script for me quickly. I pay $10 for this.
