Merge PHPBB with Pligg

I need a PHP/MySQL expert to merge two MySQL databases. I'm going to need two scripts to share users, these scripts are Pligg (dot com) and PHPBB.

When someone logs into PHPBB they will also be logged into the Pligg system and vice versa. It needs to be done flawlessly with no complications.

Also, you will need to include statements inside the php files to indicate where your changes were made. You will need to provide me with the information that I'll need in order to mod this myself if I decide to upgrade one of the programs.

This is for a large future project and if I like you, I'll be using you again for a lot of misc. work.
