Migrate simple site from Mopro to Wordpress

We have a customer with a simple business website, we would like to move to Wordpress site. We need your help converting the content of the current site from Mopro to Wordpress. We expect you to utilize a commercial theme that will receive updates over the next few years. We expect that you will use the commercial theme as a starting point and use a valid child theme to adjust the theme to look like the current site.
We expect the site to be efficiently written with code that is well documented. We have done Wordpress migrations in the past using Freelancer and ended up with a site that looked god but much of it was only changeable by editing PHP files. We expect all the sites pages to exist in Wordpress and editable in workpress. We expect the header and footer to be editable in Wordpress.
We expect you have experience with Mopro. And the limitations of a mopro site.
We expect the site to be responsive and automatically resize for mobile screens
