We need to transform a years old access project that currently runs on a local client (trivial access on windows 10), into a very small software that has to work online, on our hosting with mysql and php (preferably).
The workflow must be structured like this:
- An admin user creates the users and companies on which these users have the ability to access (eg Admin creates the PIPPO user who will work on the TEST1 company)
- PIPPO accesses with username and password. After logging in, the user must choose the company to work on (he could work on several different VAT numbers)
- PIPPO creates the customer data with all the fields necessary for billing, contacts and any separate notes (at least 2-3 fields to be able to add notes), we will call it CUSTOMER1
- CUSTOMER1 places an order (field to be filled in), for example N.50 WEDDING BOXES: the number field must be filled in, while in the description it will go "WEDDING BOXES".
Once the order record has been created, it must be possible to choose and enable some available processes (on the example of the boxes: PROCESS1, PROCESS2, PROCESS3, etc.), with each process having some specific fields in order to calculate the final price (time taken, machine used, operator, kg of material, etc).
For example: ORDER1 activation of the processing1 and processing2 fields
PROCESS1 contains the fields DATE, DESCRIPTION, TAPE TYPE, FORMAT, WORKED FORMAT, TIME, OPERATOR
PROCESS2 contains the fields DATE, DESCRIPTION, FORMAT, WORKED FORMAT, OPERATOR TIME
Once the work is marked as completed, you must be able to create a report on the costs incurred for the creation of the specific order, in order to generate the draft of the packing slip / invoice (which at this moment is managed externally and which must not be managed by this product). In any case, at least one checkbox is needed that allows you to immediately identify if the work is completed and if the transport document has been created.
Essential is the presence of a search engine that allows you to search in the fields customer code, date, description to recall the work carried out.
In this first phase we only need to recreate the old program, the graphics must be essential but pleasant (the style of the material design would already be excellent) and we already have some implementations in mind to do later.
The timing of implementation is by the end of 2021, preferably November.
We are looking for the best value for money and above all a collaborator who can continue to work for the development of this product for future implementations that have already been thought out (in particular the start and the conclusion of the various processing phases through the reading of a barcode).
The texts must necessarily be in Italian (the various fields will be provided in Italian or in English to be translated).
