I am using a publicly available Wordpress plugin ([login to view URL]) that changes any instance of a pre-defined word into a hyperlink.
For example, using the plugin, I'll add the word "google" and the corresponding link "http://www.google.com" to the database. Then, any time one of Wordpress posts has the word "Google", it will automatically turn that into a hyperlink to "http://www.google.com", but "Google" is still the text being displayed.
So the plugin works as desired, but THE PROBLEM is that the plugin author made this work for only the first instance of the word on a page/post. It will automatically make the first instance of "Google" into a link, but not the second instance of "Google".
Can you modify the existing code so that the word-to-hyperlink function works for all instances on a page?
(The applicable code looks to be only in the bottom 1/8 of the php file, with most of the file being the user interface for adding and editing links)
You would have to test the script on your own installation of Wordpress or let me test.
