Modify Wordpress Theme/plugin

ONLY BID if you already know what an autoresponder is and how they work. Don't waste your's or my time. Also read the project in full before bidding. Don't give me stock responses. If you bid and comment, make sure it relates to this project specifically and not some litany of your past projects. (those bids will be ignored) So here is the project: I have a membership site that is built on a membership theme (which is more than a theme). It runs the whole membership site itself. As part of the setup the admin can chose what autoresponder they want to use and it gives several choices, all of which requires an api. Also members of the site can also chose what autoresponder they want to use for those who sign up from their affiliate url. Again what they choose requires the chosen autoresponder that has API calls. I want to add another option for both the admin/main signup and the member sign up. This option would not require an API call, but instead just use the HTML or javascript form code from their autoresponder company of their choice which could include the ones that are already there, but also any one that is presently not on the list (for example, TrafficWave, PLS, etc) If you do not understand about autoresponders or HTML or javascript form codes already, PLEASE DO NOT BID. I can not explain the concept of what those are if you do not already know. I have included screenshots of both the admin selection for the main autoresponder and the member selection for their individual autoresponder for their referrals.
