Multi-Client Maintenance Request and Tracking Platform

Maintenance company looking for a multi client platform where the companies will send maintenance requests for a specific building that needs to be added to the database prior. Each company can view their current and previous maintenance requests, while my team can view all clients maintenance requests. To add a specific maintenance a client needs to add the building with specific fields (Name, tax number, location address) Then to add the maintenance they need to select from the list the correct building, set urgency (default: null), add a description where they can upload pictures. A notification will be sent to a specific email (my company) -- The maintenance crew will have all maintenances in a map that can be viewed and expanded. To start a maintenance they need to upload a picture, then they can change the progress of them Maintenance Progress combobox - waiting - first contact - started - in progress - finished - unable to complete - quoted --- Accounting combobox - awaiting completion - awaiting report - invoice sent - invoice paid - quoted To apply please start and finish with the word tomato. When each maintenance crew finishes with the work orders they will have to send a report via textbox and programmatically uppon doing the report i can export it into a word template of my choosing. Once me or any of the clients exports the full documents they'll conglomerate into single document 1. Work request details 2. The images uploaded by the maintenance crew 3.
