I need to customize "adding to cart" process in WooCommerce shop

I have a simple store to sell plastic bags. Each product in the store represent different type of plastic bag. 1 product = 1 bag (1piece). The minimum allowed amount to buy is 150/250 pcs (depends on the bag type), those 150/250pcs are packed in the box. So basically we sell "by boxes". But I want to keep the product with the price for 1 bag.
Here is the task:
Need to make a customization when the customer press "Add to cart" button, the script has to add to cart selected number of boxes (150/250pcs in each box), and the shipping is already set by weight which is known for the box for each product and is entered in attributes in each product in the shop.
The customer has to see and understand that he is buying bulk bags in boxes.
The checkout is being done in 3 steps ( adding item to cart, showing the cart, finalizing the purchase with shipping address). I have included the screenshots of each step with remarks what is needed. The shop language is Czech.
