Question bank In this, we should have the functionality to add and store all questions. Questions can be of any types like integer type (the answer is 0 to 9), MCQ type single correct answer(here the option can also be images), MCQ type multiple correct answers (here the option can also be images), short answer(paragraph), true-false and comprehension type (a paragraph followed by some 4-5 MCQ questions) Each question will have attributes like 1. Made for 2. Subject name 3. Topic name 4. Difficulty 5. Class 6. Added on 7. Marks 8. Solution In this, we should be able to add questions by typing(like WYSIWYG editor) or excel or word file. 2. Users DB In this, we will add users' details like name, Institute name, email, mobile number, city, state, country, registered for. Here, I should be able to add this via an excel sheet and by manual typing. 3. Creating test In this, I should be able to add the name of the test, Sections, number of questions in each section, then either select questions from the question bank or add new questions. Here, we should be able to make test random, shuffled or mixed. Random means suppose we have 10 questions in a section, we will add more than 10 and the software will automatically select any 10 questions from the test. Shuffled means we will add 10 questions only in the section but here software will change the numbering of questions and options for every user. Mixed means we should be able to add some fixed and some random questions. Here, if we are using comprehensive questions in random mode, it should be such that software should be able to select one comprehension and not different for each question. The maximum time given to candidates will also be added. Here we should be able to add functionality to turn off functionality like, every question is compulsory, switching between sections and switching between questions. Here, exam proctoring options like full screen, changing tabs, disabling copy paste should also be there 4. Scheduling test Here, I should be able to fix the timing, and users of the test. The users can be selected via user DB or added via excel or manually. In this only, there should be a facility to send mail and sms to all students regarding the details like login I'd and password. We should be able to make a unique link for a test. Also, it will be added that the test will be available for how much time. 5. Conducting test Here students will log in with their user I'd and password and will get an interface to see the test scheduled to them. After the test, detailed reports of students should be available to admin. Also, the users can log in to their panel to see the analysis of the exam(present in [login to view URL] and percentile), solution of the exam, etc. We should be able to manipulate ranks, number of students appeared,etc as many times we have found cheating in tests. Here the users should also be able to download their certificates. These certificates will be designed using a template by admin only.
