Need help in to Upload theme on Wordpress.org

We need some help to upload the theme on [login to view URL] We have designed and developed theme. On demo this works fine But when we upload this to [login to view URL] in our account area this gives us warnings and errors as below. REQUIRED: The theme uses the register_post_type() function, which is plugin-territory functionality. REQUIRED: Found a Customizer setting that did not have a sanitization callback function. Every call to the add_setting() method needs to have a sanitization callback function passed. INFO: Non-printable characters were found in the [login to view URL] file. You may want to check this file for errors. Line 28: echo get_theme_mod('copyright_text','Copyright �� 2015 O3 Magazine - All Rights Reserved'); Also it gives error of having same URL on Author URI and Theme URI on Theme meta information which I remove one of them so it works.
