I'm looking to get some sort of CRM developed, however only I can access it. There will be no frontend for the client.
Inside it, I'll need the following -
* Support Tickets
* Customers Database
* Services Database
Also may look at Email Piping so if someone emails support@[url removed, login to view] then it'll create a ticket for me. And when I reply to the ticket it'll send the customer an email for them to reply to.
I have a WordPress website. If you wish to include the CRM within WordPress (if it's easier) feel free or if it's separate that's also fine.
