Hello, I'm looking for a freelancer who can set up a website where my clients can book a train journey. On the start page should be directly the form through which the customer seeks his connection. The connections are to come from the API of the Deutsche Bahn ([login to view URL]). The customer searches for the connection from there then the price for a ticket of Deutsche Bahn is displayed (info by api) the website should then take the price and offer with a certain percentage on the price for which we sell the ticket (Ex. the price at the Deutsche Bahn is 100 € the customer sees this and gets then generated as a price 80 €, if we have a reudzierung of 20% on all rides have set). Following the customer should be able to pay us by Paypal or bank transfer the trip to us (focus on PayPal). It does not cause an automatic booking. The booking of the ticket is manual and will be sent to the customer later manually. It's all about accepting the booking and paying. At the end the website has to tell me which customer wanted which trip, so that I can book it and send it manually. The customer should also have the opportunity to sign up to have an overview of his booked rides and to be able to see the booking code from his ticket. We also need only a subpage for terms and Q & A.

I've implemented the Deutsche Bahn Booking API for another customer in the past. I appreciate that their open data effort is a different beast, but am confident that my earlier work will have given me at least enough familiarity with the subject matter to complete this project successfully. Additionally I'm familiar with several of the other European transporters' offerings as well and could help implement these at a later time. Lastly I'm in the Netherlands, so it will be easier for us to find contact moments. This bid is for the full product, but with a focus on functionality. It will work, it will look ok, but we may want to apply another layer of polish at a later time. Unless you have a design in mind of course, in which case I'll implement it at no extra cost. Payment will be Paypal only, but easily extensible later. Bid adjusted as discussed in chat.
