I am looking for a skilled developer to make modifications to the submission form in my existing CodeIgniter application. The specific changes I need involve modifying existing fields, and I have specific instructions on how these fields should be modified.

Project details
1. We have an application where we have onr submission form, that has to be replaced with new forms.
2. I will give you 2 forms (look at attachments) but both are same except the instructions for every section.
3. Need to have save button at every section.
4. After updating the forms, it has to be exported. Already we have an export options (excel, word, pdf). So you need to manage the new form to be exported with existin code.

Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in CodeIgniter framework
- Strong understanding of PHP and MySQL
- Ability to modify existing form fields based on specific instructions
