online reservation/availability script

Job Description:

Simple online availability/reservation script. Just need the script, will design the rest myself.

Want unit descrpitions, pictures, availability, etc.. similar to [url removed, login to view], but with a few modifications:

Extra Availability view which includes all units(spreadsheet style, 30 days at a time, scrollable);

Date picker function;
