osCommerce PayPal Pro and Express Checking Integration

Hi, I have an e-commerce website that is currently set up with PayPal Website Payments Pro. The problem is that it is only currently working for credit card payments. What I need you to do is fix the Express Checkout feature that is required by PayPal's terms of service.

You would need to:

1) Make the payment option (with direct checkout) appear before shipping information.

2) Make direct checkout function

This will be complicated by the fact that we currently have two osCommerce contributions set up (Purchase Without Account and Fast & Easy Checkout).
