I'm looking for an experienced development team to create a B2B partnership management platform, Platform as SaaS (Paas), Targeting organizations in the Education, Skill Development Training, and Employment sectors to connect, collaborate and continue the contracts that shall be integrated with a B2B CRM. Key Features: - User Registration and Profile Management: The MVP should focus on a robust user registration process specifically for business organizations within the targeted sectors. The platform will primarily cater to following three categories 1. Direct Business Organization working to deliver the Education, Skill Development Training or Employment Services 2. Indirect Business Organizations' offering services to the category 1 3. Facilitator Organization offering services to connect among the above two categories. There may be multiple layer of facilitator organization for a collaboration. - User Profile Management: Essential features for user profile management include a verification and approval process to ensure the authenticity and credibility of the organizations on the platform. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in developing B2B platforms - Expertise in user registration and profile management systems - Prior work in the education or employment sector is a plus - Strong understanding of verification and approval processes in a digital context - Ability to deliver a high-quality MVP within set timelines. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. I have shared the basic SRS. The SRS is more of a business requirement. Please share a better Technical SRS along with the proposal. Because this is a large project. So share the project delivery plan milestones with outcomes that can go live with in a phased manner. You can suggest the milestones where gradually the business can be transferred in the digital application. The duration of the contract will be for three years. The development, Deployment, and upgrade to the new version will be the responsibility of the development team. In the First 3 months, I expect Phase 1 as per SRS, and in the next 3 months I expect Phase 2 as per SRS, From the month of 7th - 12th, It will be adding AI/ML, Blockchain, and other advanced technology on top of the application. Post 1 Year, During 2nd Year the new version will be developed in parallel as per the feedback on top of the previous version. Product 2.0 is to be launched at the end of 2nd Year. In 3rd year, we have to add more features for Data Analytics and scale the product globally.

For example, the SeeYou application is a CRM for delivery services. It allows a manager to see the courier's position, origin and delivery locations on the map. The application helps to take orders over the phone, fill in their details and track them until completion. You can find it in my Upwork portfolio. My most recent project was a platform that allows users to tell their stories and have them enhanced by AI (OpenAI ChatGPT, Claude). These stories can then be printed using an integrated book printing platform called Lulu. Over the last 6 months I have implemented a large project - GraphQL API for the Hedera network. It allows to make convenient human-readable queries on various events from the network.
