php Clone ifreelance + classified

I need php script clone all features same as [url removed, login to view]

plus Product Classified Store, the left menu will add 'Buy Products' (Post inquiry, Find Products, Find Store), 'Sell Products (Post Product, Find Inquiries)', 'My Stuff' include 'My Store' (query that collect all product posted by same user + function to manage eg. remove, edit, etc.

Think that the additional Product is similar to Project, Store is similar to Portfolio except Product is Non-Bid but Project is for Bid.

All features and template follow ifreelance, the user database is common, have the portfolio, profiles, message, account, Skill rating, Service rating, etc. plus additional for Product such as Quality Rating, store, etc. (I think you can imagine what it should be)

Search for Project, Provider, Portfolio, Product, Store

The code should be php, easy to change to my local language (able to switch 2 languages)

This site is not for the Webmaster, it is for technical service (Auction) and product (Non Auction) such as TV service, VDO service, etc. It shoudl have feature that admin can add skill item and product catagory easily as usual.

I am not sure if ifreelance has PMB project message board like scriptlance but I need it in my script too
