PHP CMS for Digital Hubs for Waiting Rooms - Part one

We want to create a CMS that can manage user profiles, videos, images, social media information and create dynamic carousels. All together it’s pretty complex but induvial its simple parts. What we want is to build the key parts to test them separately, then assemble the whole thing.
The goal is to rebuild the digital hub site by creating a simple content management system using PHP, AJAX and MYSQL. Each section should load/refresh from a database without reloading the entire site.

Please note this is only the first part of the CMS, we want to determine if we can dynamically load HTML code, create dynamic images carousels that refresh every two hours and based on a Unique ID + Profile + Category from a database to a PHP site.
Once we determine it works we’ll create a user profile, admin console and web widgets ([url removed, login to view]).
• We will assign unique IDs to PC computers via special cookie or database connection PHP file
• For this project, we are going to build three categories, WE Tech, Automotive and Custom
• Dynamically load HTML code snippets based on user’s profile + category
• Dynamically load and manage image carousels from database with start and end dates – user’s profile + category format - JPEG / GIF / PNG
• Admin console to assign category to a user’s profile
o Admin console can update – users profile, which triggers the change in real-time
