PHP database with API support

I am looking for a backend system that will let me enter some values whenever I want (just like Name, Address, Phone Number, URL and a few more values); There will be one more table where I can put some reference point. Let's say I have 15000 contacts and those are primarily in 5 categories; I will need a table (from backend entry possibilities to add/edit/delete) where I can add those categories. I will mention those categories in the first place. Now whenever I need some information, I will call it via API (url) which should provide me data in json or any other format which we mutually agree. For example, Table A: Name, Address, Phone, Email, Categories and so on. Table B: Categories Now, When I call url: [login to view URL] - It should give me that particular ID (Numbers) information in json format. Now say if I call url: [login to view URL] (tumpa is category name) it should give me json with all those related names or ids from Table A. If I ask [login to view URL] - I wll need those information like we earlier used from [login to view URL] but this time all those apps will be available right in one file, I call it extended url call. What I am trying to tell you here? Let's say I have 1000s of apps and I need to recommend them based on related apps or sometimes, I want to promote it different way. For that I have built a system which can ask specific url to fetch recommended apps list along with icon/link/image etc information. Now again, What I am trying to do here? I will use backend to enter each app's detail along with what apps I want to recommend to those users (those will be in table) So for example, I have an app that wants recommendation list, It will call for recommendation list like- [login to view URL] - And a json file with different apps, urls, icons, names will be provided as a answer. My app will utilise that data. PHP 7 is highly recommended. MariaDB will be also a good thing. There should be some sort of flexibility for my requirements to add like in future I may want to add some additional system just like recommendation to my app. Most informed answer will win my project. Aah yes, I want it to be password protected directory, but nothing serious. Just simple as that, so no one can mess there. Thank you.
