This webpage is populated from an online game via PHP. I already have a function that can receive the data from the game and the game script can be changed to accomodate
your PHP file. My current PHP file is just a proof of concept i can supply if required.

All listboxes to be listboxes not dropdown menus
You will see from the link above the following:
Your Try Me On Server Contents. (ListBox Right hand side of page)
This ListBox is populated from the users data from MongoDB on page refresh. (I will complete)
What i need in the PHP function:
Demonstrate how to add an item in the listbox with a checkbox then text (Item Name) then bootstrap (or similar) dropdown menu with predetermined contents to select with checkboxes on each line of the
listbox. I will add code required to save each item to the MongoDB
(Note:)
When someone in the game adds items to their dropbox server, this sends out a PHP Put command with the items Name followed by a delimiter "|" followed by a UUID.
example: "MyItem"|"c99a42bf-bf00-d2be-d8bb-20eab9242de5"
Your Try Me On Pose Stands. (Left hand side of page)
The invoke for this is when a user in the game clicks their main item which loads the above URL and sends a PHP Put command with the items Name + "|" + UUID
- Populate "Pose Stand Name: textbox with data received from PHP. (item name) (when a user in the game clicks the item, it http post it's current name followed by a delimeter "|" followed by a UUID
** The name needs to be added to the textbox and the associated delimiter UUID needs to be stored as a key value pair or setting the Name of the textbox to the UUID received.
Command received by PHP: PSNAME + "|" Pose Stand Name + "|" + associated UUID
- Populate "Pose Stand Animations: listbox" with data received from PHP. (an array with a list of animations sent from the game) (User can select ALL or individual ones from the list)
Command receive by PHP: PSANIMS + "|" + [array of selected animations delimited by "~"]
- Pose Stand Body Types is predetermined multiselect listbox which needs to have checkboxes added. (Note: ListBox not a Dropdown Menu)
Save Button
This will call most likely, an Ajax invoking the PHP to post back to the game the following:
PSNAME + "|" Pose Stand Name + "|" + associated UUID
PSANIMS + "|" + [array of selected animations delimited by "~"]
PSBODY + "|" + [array of selected bodies delimited by "~"]
PSOBJECTS + "|" [array of selected items from the "Your Try Me On Server Contents" listbox on the right of the web page]
