PHP news page fix up!

Ok we are a web design / hosting company.
Need some work done.
We are looking to build a relationship with ONE new designer and get them to do ongoing updates & new web design work.
What we need right now is this:
We had a designer design this php script for us a while back [url removed, login to view]
The page is hosted on our main domain linked from our customer's site. It is a simple script that uses a password for the customer to log in and add or delete news text.
Now we have a number of customers using it, but for some reason the odd customer like this one ... go look try and log in and add something:
[url removed, login to view] For some reason we get an error.
What I need is, either to get this script fixed or tweeked, or to have someone design us a new similar idea.
Needs to be password protected with the ability for them to add their logo on the top and text.... If they can add images throught that's a bonus.
WE DO NEED TO BE ABLE to use these for all of our customers, so if we can copy and paste the script and re-use it under diff extentions thats great.
See the Northgate one was copies and posted again on our main domain under /data/news/[url removed, login to view] but now does not work and gets an error.
