PHP script to sync offline and online MYSQL DB

Hi sir, can u explain in detail about what is ur requirement.. I am interested in this job.. What I am thinking is that you want database auto update when user get online ... and if user is offline than still user connected with database..

i can write python script for this , which can sync local and server mysql database .

I am working in a startup company, We have a our own cloud setup. I wrote script for backup and restore of servers in php so I have similar experience for this project
