PHP Work on OSCommerce

We have an OSCommerce Module that imports a list of Promo Codes into our database from a CSV file. The vendor that provides us with the CSV file has changed the formatting of the CSV file slightly. For example, "Customer Name" is now listed as two fields -- "First Name" and "Last Name." The import script no longer works with this slightly different formatting. I need you to fix this so that the promo codes can be properly imported using this new CSV format. The old CSV contained 3 fields -- the new CSV contains 5 fields. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
