Ping Script

This job is for a ping script to use in php that will bulk ping large batches of urls and include a scheduler and features listed below.

- This script should ping at least 50 of the top sites, convert the urls to rss and submit to at least 50 rss aggregators and allow simple add and delete of additional ping sites.

- Built in proxy harvester to automatically harvest, clean and maintain a list of proxies the script will use to send pings.

- Customizable schedule that allows hourly, daily etc.... full control

- Batch ping capable so we can limit how many urls get pinged at one time and how long to delay before pinging the next batch of urls.

- Index monitor - Checks to see if urls are indexed by Google, Yahoo, Bing etc... and once indexed by a search engine the script should stop pinging that search engine.

- Saves the database of urls until indexed

- Email complete index report and allow for one click report of all urls in the system

- One click index report - Capable of checking all urls in database for indexing with a single click - Use proxies to check indexing

- Multi-thread with adjustable threads for both index reporting and pinging

- Serverside script not a browser side script

Should use Mysql for database and be able to handle an unlimited amount of urls - Must run on proxies the system harvests and cleans daily - We would like the size of the proxy list to be user defined as well.
