Pop ups for our clients

Hello, I need to create a popup window that manages compliance for delivery services. The popup would be placed on the home page of a delivery website. Once a user comes, the pop asks the user for the zip code for their delivery address to confirm the company delivers to that area. If the delivery company does deliver to that address, the pop up window closes. If the delivery service does not deliver to that address, the pop up window will request the user to authorize an alternative delivery method. If the user doesn’t authorize the alternative delivery method, the user is blocked from placing an order on the website. If the user authorizes the alternative delivery method, the popup closes until the user finishes shopping and reaches checkout. At checkout, any user that authorized an alternative delivery method in the first popup window, will have another popup open on the checkout page. When it opens, the user enters all the delivery information. Once they enter the information into the popup window, the popup will take the user’s information and input the data (as needed) into the website’s pos for checkout. Once the information is inputted, the popup clicks submit and closes the window allowing the user to see the confirmation message from the website. Please note, not all of our clients deliver to the same area. So we would like our clients (the delivery businesses) to be able to enter the zip codes they can deliver to and our system updates the popup code so they can download it and use it immediately. We want code update to be automated instead of manual. If possible. The popup would have the following process: 1. When user arrives at website, requests user enter their zip code for their delivery address 2. pop up checks the zip code and confirms if the company delivers to that zip code or not 3. if company makes deliveries to the users zip code, pop up disappears and doesn't come back 4. if company does not deliver to that zip code, user is given the option of not ordering or using an alternative delivery method. 5. if user refuses the alternative delivery method, user is blocked from using the website 6. If user accepts the alternative delivery method, popup closes and user can continue to shop. But at checkout page, a new popup opens 7. The user enters their delivery information into the popup instead of entering it into the website. The popup uses the user’s info to auto fill the actual delivery website and submits the order. 8. after placing the order, the popup window closes allowing user to see confirmation page.
