Recreate & Optimize Shopify Website - Make it more Eye-Catching and User Friendly both Desktop and Mobile

Looking for an expert Shopify Website developer that specializes in website optimization to improve the Page visual appeal (images & content). Must be able to make the site more user friendly and easier to show clients primary features of the solar power banks which are primary and best products. Also, must increase the Page Speed Score as it is running slow currently and unsure why.
