retrieve data from sites

May be this is a simple job , i don't know but maybe one of you out there might be able to help me out.
This is the concept of the site ( well a part of it )
My new site will enable users to look for houses within their budget and within the region they have specified including a search based upon several parameters. The script for this still has to be developed )
What I want is a script that will allow me ( by use of a admin ) to search several sites from real estate agents or brokers retrieve the data and store it in a database so users will be able to search the house they are looking for.
If you can also create a script that allows users to fill in a form to refine their search.
