I’m looking for a freelancer who can create a web application for managing client records in a beauty salon. The system should allow clients to fill out and sign their forms (e.g., consent or information forms) directly on a tablet, store those forms securely, and facilitate easy search and retrieval by authorized staff members. Below are the detailed requirements and functionalities I’m looking for: 1. Digital Client Cards & Signatures • Clients can complete and sign their forms on a tablet or mobile device. • Capability to embed a certified, legally recognized signature field. • Option to design and customize various form templates for different treatments (including text fields, checkboxes, etc.). 2. Data Storage & Retrieval • Secure storage of all client forms in a database, with easy search by name or ID. • Staff should have role-based access (e.g., limited vs. full access) to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to attach notes or updates to a client’s record over time. 3. Email & Communication • Automatic emailing of completed client forms to the client (optional) or to relevant staff. • Ability to send post-treatment recommendations via email, along with links to specific products or promotions. 4. Client Portal • Clients can log in to their own private portal to view their forms, treatment history, recommended products, and any relevant promotions chat with specialist, has its own offers • Possibility to update or re-sign forms if needed (e.g., for recurring treatments). 5. Integration with E-commerce (Shopify) • Seamless link to Shopify or a similar platform to direct clients to products or services recommended by the specialist. • Option to generate personalized discount codes or promotional links that appear in the client’s portal. • Ability for staff to send a direct link to a product page or promotional offer immediately after the treatment. 6. Templates & Recurring Forms • Pre-built templates for common procedures, with the option to modify for new/seasonal treatments. • Ability to schedule recurring forms (e.g., monthly, quarterly) for long-term treatment plans. 7. User-Friendly & Responsive Design • Intuitive user interface for both staff and clients (desktop, tablet, and mobile). • Quick and efficient form-filling process to minimize wait times in the salon. 8. Security & Compliance • Secure encryption of all sensitive data (especially signatures and medical information). • Compliance with relevant data protection regulations (GDPR or local equivalents).
