Scheduler to post on Pinterest

I need to create a new scheduler to post on Pinterest I am looking for coders who already have access to approved Oauth API Pinterest and who are able to create a fully functional scheduler immediately, without having to wait for the Pinterest authorization request process. I already provide all the detailed requirements, so the programmer must be available to start and finish the job right away. The scheduler has to pin images to Pinterest programmatically and has a set number of pins per day spread over 24 hrs a day; Daily number of pins has to be set inside a range from #X to #Y different per Pinterest account; Number of pins per day have to be random inside the above range (ex. today #12 pins posted, tomorrow #22 pins posted, and so on.....) different from one Pinterest account and another; Daily pins have to be spread inside a random range of time, different from one Pinterest account and another; Settings Examples for a Pinterest account: The account will publish a randomized number of posts each day between #X and #Y and it'll publish items per day between x:xx AM hour and y:yy AM hour, randomizing the timing of posts. The program take the following information from csv files, and use it to pin the image to a Pinterest account: - Title (some text that describes the image) - Description (some text that describes the image) - Image - URL (link to one of my moneysite where the visitor will be redirected to) All of the the above pieces of information residing into a dedicated server (Windows + Xampp) Again, the program do not have to pin using login username and accounts of Pinterest accounts BUT using preapproved Pinterest App Oauth/API's. The program must manage tons of Pinterest accounts (hundreds) Each Pinterest account has to be associated to its related csv and batch of images. I don't have time and money to waste, so please do not apply if: - you don't have Pinterest preapproved App using Oauth/API's token - you are not able to follow exactly the requirements - you are not available to start and finish immediately Many thanks
