Secure PHP form within CMS URGENT

I have a heavily modified php CMS that started as Joomla (I believe). One of the features is to create a contact form. The forms that it creates are not secure and are being hijacked. I would like to incorporate a security feature that I have used on other php forms, but I can not seem to get it to work within the CMS myself. This needs to be completed today or tomorrow. I can provide you with the small snipit of code where the contact form information is located, as well as the secure php form information. I can not provide access to the website, server or full source code (and it should not be needed to complete this project). I will have to upload and test. This should be a quick and easy task for someone who knows what they are doing. Keep in mind that this should only take a quality programmer a matter of minutes to complete this. I will do not wish to pay very much to complete this project. Please respond as quickly as possible. I would like to hire someone today.
