We need to setup a shipping plugin for woocommerce. There are a lot of parameters so there will be a little bit of customization the plugin. I am not really sure what is the best plugin but we have: woocommerce conditional shipping woocommerce advance shipping woocommerce table rate shipping woocommerce pre product shipping etc,. just tell me what you prefer and what is the best for the parameters and I will provide it.
