Shared Expense Tracker Web App -- 2

I need a simple web app that helps a group of flatmates track shared expenses and work out who owes whom. It must run in a normal web browser on both laptop and phone — no login, no server, and no database. Data should just be saved in the browser so it isn't lost on refresh. Core features: Add, rename and remove members (support 3–8 people) Log an expense: description, amount, who paid, and who shares it Split expenses equally OR by custom amounts Show each person's running balance (owed vs owing) A "Settle Up" button that calculates the simplest set of repayments — the fewest "X pays Y $Z" transactions needed to clear all debts Edit/delete past expenses with balances recalculating automatically Amounts shown in NZD ($) Deliverables: the working app (files I can open in a browser and/or a live link), full source code with a short README, and a quick demo video or link showing it working. Please include up to two rounds of minor revisions. Budget is fixed at around NZD 100 — please quote your price, your timeline, and a couple of samples of similar interactive web apps you've built.
