there are three levels
A5 and below is simple form which is submitted by reporting officer for that set of employee or team and reviewed by reviewing officer
A4 to M5 is set of tasks which is based on departments , there are around 12-15 departments and each department has set of tasks which can be imported via csv.
so the department head will set the tasks and than the person/ employee will login and select task/ or multiple tasks and review himself and than it goes to reporting officer to review him and than it goes to reviewing officer .
so this process we need to be automated
admin should be able to set reporting and reviewing officers for each department or task group
user roles will be multilevel
admin - reviewing officer - reporting officer - employee
