Small Simple Coding Project

Hi All, This project is small and I'm only offering $20 for the complete project! What I need is this: I need a piece of code that will give each paying member to have a coupon type code and to also have ability to refer others. Basically this is how I want it to work: A new member signs up, that member is given a referral code (URL) that credits that member for if and when someone they refer signs up under them. Also, if they are a paying member they recieve a coupon type code for a discount on a future purchase. There's two types of membership that is already used, these two (2) things are only available for the paying member not the free members. Now I know that this is not a hard project and should only take a few minutes to complete. I'm offering a total of $20 and a great rating.
