COMPANY is a modern system for managing a language school combined with an advanced video conferencing system. Focused on the educational needs of 21st-century institutions, it integrates functions for managing the teaching process, communication between students and teachers, and conducting online lessons. It also allows for the automation of many administrative processes, contributing to the increased efficiency of teachers and school administration.
Purpose and Scope of the Project
The main goal of the project is to provide educational institutions with a tool that will enable them to manage the teaching process and communication with students effectively and modernly. The project scope includes:
• Lesson management modules: planning, booking, canceling.
• Communication system between students and teachers: chat, notifications, feedback.
• Video conferencing module for conducting online lessons: booking schedules, recording lessons, sharing materials.
• Administrative process automation: payments, reporting, account management.
Lesson Management Modules
An advanced system that allows planning, booking, and canceling lessons by students and teachers within COMPANY. Students can view teacher availability, book lessons, and monitor their progress. Teachers, on the other hand, can view their schedules, confirm or reject bookings, and add notes to conducted lessons.
A modern chat-based communication system allows direct contact between students and teachers within COMPANY. Students can ask questions about lessons, and teachers can send additional materials or feedback. The notification system informs about upcoming lessons, schedule changes, or new messages.
Video Conferencing Module
An advanced video conferencing system that allows conducting HD quality online lessons for COMPANY. Students and teachers can use various features, such as screen sharing, interactive whiteboard, and drawing tools. Additionally, the system allows recording lessons, enabling students to review the material at any time.
Administrative Process Automation
Thanks to the integrated payment system, students can pay for online lessons within COMPANY, and teachers receive compensation automatically after conducting the lesson. The reporting module allows monitoring student progress, attendance, and teaching efficiency. The account management system facilitates the addition of new students and teachers, assigning permissions, and managing resource access.
The allocated budget for the implementation of the COMPANY project ranges from $750.00 to $1,500.00 USD. It assumes covering costs associated with software development, purchasing necessary licenses, and remuneration for the development team and testers. Additional funds may be allocated for marketing and technical support after system implementation.
The COMPANY system uses the latest technologies to ensure high-quality teaching and efficient management. The main technologies used in the project are:

• Fluentui - a set of UI components ensuring a modern and consistent look.

The implementation process for COMPANY is designed to be as simple and fast as possible. It includes several stages:
Dependency installation - using tools like yarn or npm, all necessary dependencies can be easily installed.
Running in developer mode - allows for testing the application in a developer environment and making ongoing changes.
Building the application - before deploying to the production environment, the application is built, meaning code optimization and preparation for deployment.
Launching the production server - after building the application, it can be deployed on a production server, where it will be available to end-users.
