I need to improve some modules in my HR software.
1. Add more fields to goal setting page of the performance module
2. Add new columns and calculations to the performance appraisal report

4. Set Manager to able to review only his own subordinate
5. Include roll over in Leave section
[login to view URL] termination date under termination of employee.
The current HR software is on PHP. Anyone who has built HR software, Leave Management software and Performance Appraisal software will be fine for the job. A little knowledge of excel calculations will help to understand the report
