Associate Login : • Associate can set payout his down line member. • Associate have to submit terms & conditions during login. • Associate will register his down line member and will set user id and password for his down line member login. • Down line member can login the app by given user id and password but he/she cannot perform any work without admin approval till that his/ her id will be in- active to perform work. • Associate can see the report of his down line members • Associate can apply order on behalf of customer and can see the order and work progress status. • Associate can see notification which is published by the admin. • Associate can see his and team business details. • Product and marketing tools can download. • Associate can download his Authorization letter and ID card. Employee Login : • Employee will create Lead and will mark Activity like- first call done , follow-up call done, conduction done • Employee can see leads in his bucket and also can set task on leads. • Employee can punch order on behalf of customer and also can share payment link to customer. • Employee can apply order on behalf of customer and can see the order and work progress status. Super Admin:- • Super admin can create many admin portals & can give authority as per their work and role. • Super admin can analyze the report, and can export data in excel & pdf format. • Super Admin can do any correction, change, in any login. Operation :- • Computer operator can see the punch order details and he/she will be able to download the documents and update the status of order Like – Registration done on Pm Suryaghar Portal and Applied for the bank loan and selected bank details. • After the completed the registration operator will upload the papers. It is available to download for the customer. • Finance department will work on lead to get amount disbursed from institution or bank and will update the payment details. • After receiving the payment the lead will be transferred to the logistic team and same customer can see the status of the leads. • Logistic User can see the leads on Dasboard and he will be responsible to dispatch the material on customer address. • After successful delivery customer can see the delivered item details on the app. • Within given period of time installation team will complete the installation process and our quality manager will visit the place and checked the quality as per given parameter by checklist. • And also he will upload the setup details over and customer pic with gio tagging, Panel Dcr Number, Inverter Serial No and vendor and customer agreement and agreement to Discom. • After completing this process. Customer is eligible for the subsidy redeem. It will be reflect on operator portal. • After successfully redemption it will be pending for netmetering. • Netmetering department will complete the formalities and will update the details. After completing the netmetering complete process will be done.
